To celebrate the launch of a new class on Thursdays at 8pm in Dorney Village Hall I am offering a free trial class during the month of September.
Come see for yourself what Feldenkrais classes are all about! Less strenuous than Pilates or Yoga, the class will leaving you feeling better aligned and relaxed.
The venue is a lovely hall, recently refurbished with plenty of free parking. Spaces are limited so you do need to pre-book, either by email to ellen@patternsofmovement.co.uk or by text message to 07736 101 610.
The Hall is on the corner of Oak Stubbs Lane and Meadow Way. There is plenty of parking you just need to keep going through the green metal gates until you see the hall and the car park outside. Postcode for your satnav is SL6 0DS.
